Each variety is sourced from farmers across Japan, including those who cultivate independently developed cultivars found nowhere else. At any given time, mirume carries between five and ten varieties.

For hotels, these teas offer something that green tea cannot: aroma-led profiles that pair naturally with food, integrate into cocktail programs, and give sommeliers a non-alcoholic option with genuine complexity.
